Pleasant stay after an 18 hour drive!

Pleasant stay, food at the restaurant was good and employees were attentive and helpful. Receptionist the nicest of all. Gated parking made us feel safe through the night. Beds were double (full-size) beds. Will stay again

Noisy is my only complaint. We could hear people in the parking lot very clearly through the night. Facility was clean and well kept. On-site restaurant was good and service was wonderful.

I’m El Norte Americano and don’t speak Spanish. We didn’t want to continue our journey at night, so we found this place at last minute. The hotel and parking is VERY secure, but the neighborhood around the hotel was questionable, but the town as a whole was questionable. That being said, I would stay here 100 times over. Room service was delicious and affordable, the room was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Beds were comfy, it was quiet, and there were lots of amenities.

New renovations? The room was exceptionally large and very clean, modern. You can hear trains that may wake you. The air conditioning didn’t work, they tried to fix, but ended up bringing a fan. No ice on site, and 1 plastic cup in the room. Dining room was great for breakfast.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
It's just a few feet off the carretera. So, easy to find, but with the noise of the carretera. The desk person was bar none the least hospitable person I have ever encountered in hospitality (and I spent many years as a risk management consultant in hospitality, so I have met a lot of them). The pictures of the hotel were definitely made at the hotel. They are not outright lies. But if you've ever seen those photo comparisons of someone with great makeup, and then no makeup, where you can't believe it's the same person, it's like that. Possibly the worst thing about the desk clerk and possibly her employer, was that we wanted a room with just one bed. Many places actually charge more for that and we would have paid. But here they charge more for two beds, and she told us that the single bed rooms were sold out. We had arrived at about 530 and there were virtually no other cars in the lot. We went into town seeking supper (another episode of the Chamber of Commerce photographing the town with serious soft focus lens). When we came back, after all the restaurants in town had closed (7pmish) there were still very few cars in the lot. Just disgusting lies.

This property is very nice. However, we could not get connected to the wifi and there was not a drop of hot water. So this we did not get to shower. The water was ice cold. A guy supposedly came and fixed it but when we got up to shower there was not any. There is no coffee in the rooms and no coffee maker. No washcloths and only 2 towels. This was not a pleasant experience for us. We did like the secure parking and the heater worked great. The blankets on the top of the bed looked stained. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Which is really to bad considering how nice the property itself is
