The pool was very nice. There were a lot of families with kids. For the beach access you have to walk 5mins and you have to take the umbrella and towels yourself.

We loved our stay at Movenpick. Great resort for families. So much to do there and the kids club was great. We even met Jan who kindly introduced himself whilst we were enjoying our buffet breakfast (so many delicious options). The staff there are amazing and represent the beauty of the Balinese people. It was such a great stay. Definitely on the pricier side but well worth it. Our first time in Bali and we’re grateful we stayed at Movenpick during our short time there.

Highly recommend this place for family. We loved the family room and ammenities. Amazing food. Kids loved the pool/ slides. Very friendly staff. Few negatives but overall stilll had a fabulous stay. Construction noise outside our room. Seemed like air conditioning turned off during the night.

Movenpick Resort provided everything we wanted in a week long relaxing vacation. It’s very family friendly with an awesome kids club. The staff are friendly and helpful and always smiling. Loved the buffet breakfast every morning and the beach is only a short walk away. The pool is wonderful, and Quite big. It has all kinds of nooks and cranny to explore and discover . Especially loved the bar in the middle of the pool, providing food and drinks for which you don't have to come out of the pool! For us the cherry on top was the fact that water is waist high and we didn’t have to worry about our son who can’t swim. We had the best time in Movenpick and made the most wonderful memories.

We had an excellent stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali during our short time there. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were well maintained. What really stood out most was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

We loved our stay at Movenpick and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others families. We had a family duplex room and it was great for us with 2 adults 2 kids. It has a large king bed on the main level and a large sofa bed on the top level. There is also another bathroom, tv and baby gates on the top level. Our kids slept comfortably up there. Main mention for family with kids though is that the upstairs is one big bed and cannot be separated into two single, in case you have kids that don’t like sharing. That was really the only downside and I wished it was 2 x single beds which would be far more practical for families. The main bed on the bottom level was huge. Tvs had prime, Netflix and YouTube as well as other channels. The bar fridge was small though, and struggled to cool things when I had packed it with drinks and cold snacks from the grocery store. Breakfast was great and had lots of options. Coffee is included in breakfast and was good. It’s easy to get a bed by the pool even in booked out Australian school holidays. You can hire gazebos for 100k for a few hours which is a great way to stop people just taking them by putting their towels on them. There is different pool equipment kids can hire like a giant inflatable hamster wheel, ride on inflatable JetSki etc. but priced high imo. I wish they went over info like where things are, gazebo procedure, and just smaller details like that when we checked in, but they didn’t. Over all great stay though.

This place is ideal for families with children. The pool is excellent for all ages, especially kids, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. The buffet breakfast was good, and the children absolutely loved the chocolate hour — adults did too. Unlike The Trans Motel, we had no issues at all checking in at Mövenpick Motel.

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our 5 year old who practically lived in the pool. Staff were excellent. Location was great, not too far from the airport, so quick transfer after landing, and not a far drive for shopping in Kuta and Seminyak.

Really nice hotel, short walk from the beach. Excellent breakfast with literally endless choice. The rooftop restaurant/bar is top notch. We were here as a couple but bear in mind it is a very family oriented hotel. Never bothered us and there seems to be loads going so the parents could relax. Amazing pool facilities for kids. Set in a nice local Balinese area with a super modern mini mall attached. As everywhere else on this island the staff are impeccable. Would deffo recommend.
