"Exceptionally high. The staff is very approachable and polite."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, with Ningbo’s busiest commercial street right outside. The staff weren’t very warm, but they were willing to help whenever we asked. The two robots in the hotel were absolutely adorable. They delivered water and small items very quickly, and kids loved them!"

"Great hotel ☺️"

"好"

"The walls and floors are paper thin, every room is so loud. Asked to move to a quieter room and was put directly below renovations and construction, which was even louder. Crazy. Should be non smoking but smell cigarettes coming through vents."

"Great clean and stylish hotel"

"i think if you've business trip in ningbo this hotel is the first choice. , eventhough the hotels is old , but the service and the place is convenient , in the middle of ningbo , near the shopping centers ,"

"剛進去住宿時有點霉味，但隔天這味道就少很多。不知道是不是連日下雨的原因。"

"Staff really helpful and friendly. Hotel clean and adequate for a short stay. Location quiet and easily walkable to amenities."

"Everything was great, and the staff were always helpful and ready to assist. I will definetly stay there again."

"Street noise from karaoke lasted until 3am. Hotel window doesn't seal the noise well."

"Bagni vecchi. Da molto tempo non trovavo in hotel di questa categoria il bagno senza doccia e con la sola vasca con la tenda di plastica. Non era presente neanche il supporto a muro per il flessibile e quindi per lavarsi è necessario tenere in mano il doccino. Per quanto mi riguarda è una mancanza abbastanza grave, per il resto tutto OK."

"I like it"
