"The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. "

"We are so happy that we reserved this beautiful place for our stay in Venice; the location was perfect, and the receptionists were so friendly and helpful after our long flight in! We enjoyed its charm, room's decorations, comfortable beds, and AC worked amazingly well. Our view was absolutely spectacular with the terrace outside. "We loved our stay at San Marco Palace. Just know that the reception desk for check in is at Hotel San Marco around the corner. It wasn’t a big deal but was a little frustrating after we’d already gotten lost because GPS directions weren’t clear. It all worked out fine and we had a wonderful time. The hotel also has great perks. Ask about trips to Murano booked by the hotel before you book your own through a different company."
