"I have stayed at this hotel for 10 years, whenever I have an early morning departure. Unfortunately, staff hellfulness has significantly declined. Additionally, this time I was asdigmed a room to the right of the office. The outdoor walkway to the room had a number of single step-ups. These were nor lit, and resulted in a serious fall in the morning, when walking to the shuttle. That is extremely dangerous, and needs to be vorrected, —minimaly with improved lighting. Also, no breakfast option...

"This is not a four star accommodation. There is no shuttle, so a 20 euro taxi is required for the under 3 km trip from and to the airport. No effort to provide any breakfast or even a coffee for a departure just before the breakfast time. "

"Basic hotel with the convenience of the airport shuttle. The hotel is far from everything - at least 20 minute walk for food etc. - but good for catching early morning flight out of Zagreb."

"This apartment is lovely, well equipped, and roomy. The linens and towels are high quality and generously stocked. The location is convenient to tourist sites in the old town and close to the tram and bus stops. The cancellation policy is very accommodating: our flight was cancelled (twice) by striking pilots and then rebooked for a later date and we were able to cancel the days we were late at the last minute. This apartment is perfect!"

"For a hotel that should be qualitty hotel my room Had so Many issues, none of the chanells worked on my TV ( answer was it is general issue ), my toilet did not flush strong enough, knob on the bathroom door is falling apart, Had to ask to change my room temperature tvice because you can’t personally change it, it Had to be done from the reception and it wasnt changed it was too hot in the room all night Had to sleep with a window open, the only thing that was good was the polite staff at the...
