"This was a quick stop for us along our journey. We got in late and left early the next morning, At 11:30 pm, check-in was slow as numbers were mistyped. We asked which would be the nearest outside exit to our room so that we could park there and were given the wrong information. The hotel was clean and some things had been recently updated. Other elements, such as caulk around the base of the shower could use some attention. All in all, it was a good stopover since the hotel was clean and...

"No complaints was what we were looking for."

"Everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was an added bonus."

"The staff was wonderful. The breakfast were very good and it was conveniently located near a mall for rainy day shopping. What we didn't care for was that our room did not get fresh towels or freshened up for the three nights we were there, but the staff at the desk happily helped us out with fresh towels and anything else we may have needed. I would definitely stay there again."

"Perfect stay right off the interstate. Pool was nice and rooms well kept."

"The staff was very accommodating !"

"The staff was great."

The lady at the front desk informs me she isn't authorized to do that and that only her manager can approve that and he is not...

"The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean. My family and I had a great stay, the only complaint I have is the Hottub was broken, but that happens sometimes. Also, the mattress was very firm, but that's personal preference. All in all, fantastic experience and if I ever find myself in Caldwell again, we will be staying here."

"Very friendly staff, very nice stay!!"
