"The cottage was adorable. It was advertised as an ocean view. But it is more like a partial view. The bed slept well and everything was very clean. Furniture was new. Only complaints were: 1. At checkin, I was asked to pay again even when I had a receipt showing that I was totally paid through Hotels.com. Also, the amount charged at the hotel was about $90 cheaper than what I paid through Hotels.com. Attendant was not very pleasant to deal with. However, Hotels.com customer service was fantastic and got the additional room charge reversed. 2. The towel bar and toilet paper holder in the bathroom was pulling away from the wall. 3. The cottage had a slight slant to the floor."
