"The room was very nice and clean. It was smaller than the photos looked. But it was still nice with lots of closet space and drawers. There is a smell from the water when you use it. I noticed it at the beach and other local areas too. It wasn’t a fishy smell but still a bit off putting. The pool and hot tub were great and having chairs and the shark tooth tool as well as beach towels was a wonderful benefit. They also have snacks and water available in the office at no charge. I would stay here...

"The WiFi is useless if you complain they give you a phone number to call because they say there is no problem it’s unstable and won’t stay connected. If you call the number he spoke very broken English and was no help at all. The bed was worn out large indentation the fold out couch was in worse shape than the bed. In the morning it took 5 minutes to get hot water out of the faucet I timed it The place is showing it’s age if you want a very uncomfortable sleep stay in room 110"

"Good breakfast and great location."

"We had the single king room, it was clean, comfortable room everything was as good as it gets. The only somewhat unexpected was there is no seating provisions in the room so you only had the bed. There was a covered outdoor table and chairs."

"It was in a good location. They don't seem to understand the concept of a customer requesting no room service several times. Otherwise the staff was friendly. Some rooms face a large car wash that makes a ton of noise if you're on that side of the property."

"Clean, modern and well-maintained hotel, with friendly and accommodating staff and good location. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"The desk staff was helpful. The inside was not clean or updated at all. The elevator was filthy. Hallways were dark and walls were in need up updates. The first room we were in: The shower didn't drain properly, the shower handle spun all the way around. The sink had no sink stop so you could see drain full of hair and soap scum. Water smelled. The floors were not clean. The second room which they called an upgrade. Told room was cleaned-they sprayed lysol. The bathroom didn't have...

"Older property with large rooms. Smaller sized tv. Large SUVs need to be extremely careful parking in designated spaces as the height clearance and width of spaces is critical. Otherwise good BASIC accomodations. Perfect location for anything in Englewood Fl"

"One of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Upon check-in, our room was poorly cleaned, with hair all over the bathroom and a spider in the bathtub. I showed photos to the front desk and had to wait nearly an hour for another room. By the time we moved, our young child was exhausted. Unfortunately, the replacement room had a toilet that continuously flushed. Rather than wait another hour, we shut off the water valve ourselves just to sleep. Early the next morning, we were frightened awake...

"Good place to sleep"

"Stay here every time we head down for visits to Caspersen Beach. Great staff, convenient to shopping and restaurants."

"clean rooms with fully stocked kitchen. Awesome beach and sunset view. Quaint and quiet old Florida motel."

"Beach was excellent. Rooms were a little small."
