This multi level accommodation was great for our family, however, not suitable for those who have limited mobility. My 90 year old grandmother was limited to her basement room as the steep stairs to the mid level living room was too much for her. Great for a small young family.

Located in a nice place, but just be informed - this is a privately owned property by wrote task (not a Smuggler’s notch property). Expedia does not mention this while booking. Expedia also misguides when it says you will have access to all the resort amenities. It was shocking to find out after a non-refundable booking that a separate company owns Telemark rentals, and that it is not associated with Smuggler’s notch. That can be a deal breaker for many. Address provided was 1.5 miles away from the actual location. Terrible experience with that. Also, check-in time is 5 pm (not 4), and they charge you security deposit after you book. Very surprising. Property itself was good. No complaints about it.

Nice property with great amenities. Overall cleanliness is good. The only issue we had was that bedsheets and comforters smelled used and had hair, make up stains and what appears to be sock lint on the foot of the sheet. We had to strip all linens and wash it ourselves on our 1st night. Perhaps the property owner might want to address this to their housekeeping staff.

The property has plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 6 people however, it was hard to find the location of the property especially during nighttime. I used waze and google maps for directions and we could not find the place using the address that was given to us. I tried to call the number they provided on the email but it goes straight to voicemail. I finally found the location when i've put it Smuggler's Notch Resort on my GPS not the address they've provided. Another thing we didn't like is, since it is privately owned property, we have to pay for wi-fi which is $20 per day and we also paid to use the pool. There was not enough parking in the area too.

The entire stay was exceptional. The only thing that I felt could use improvement was the bedding. There were only blankets on the beds instead of comforters. However, they did provide lots of extra blakets! It was just a bit odd is all. The beds themselves were very comfortable.

Smugglers Notch had so much to do for all my family. We went for hikes and mountain biking and spent the late afternoon on the water slides. The condo was clean and exceeded my expectations. There was a miscommunication that delayed when I received the condo information and door code. When the staff got back to me it was fixed.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.
