This property continually canceled my booking for no real reason. They said my card was not going through, but all my other bookings went through on my same card with no problem. I tried to book this house three times and every time Expedia would say I still had the booking so I would go to check in and the property management company would say that they emailed me to let me know the booking was 😡 This was a huge inconvenience and left me with no where to stay twice on my trip. I finally just gave up on them and spent my money on a cabin by the river which was a beautiful gift so it all worked out for the better in the end, luckily I was visiting my family and was able to stay at my parents the two nights that this property left me hanging. Would have loved to stay just don’t understand why other more expensive properties have no problem with my payments but this property just can’t seem to process it 🙄
