Arrived with two large luggages nobody helped me take them from car. Waited 20 minutes to check in— still nobody helped me move luggage to room afterward. Next day tried to call reception to help with luggage, no answer. Poor service all in all; disappointing. Won’t be returning.

It was clean they've also checked us in 30 minutes early which is very nice. Will definitely go back staff also speak english well. Its close to shops too.
