the staff were fairly helpful when we told them we wanted to check out early. My parents have stayed in this hotel a lot over the years, unfortunately it has gone downhill and been neglected. Anderson Hotel
Overall cleanliness was disappointing, towels were old, worn out and not dried properly with a strong musky smell. Front desk was friendly but hotel CANNOT be 3-stars quality by any means, at best 1.5 stars only. Only drinking water & shampoo/soap in refilled containers for amenities.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel service is wonderful. We did not sign up for breakfast. The hotel restaurant food is much to be desired.
