"The hotel is under renovations, so the place was a bit chaotic, but the staff were very nice and helpful. We were very happy with the room we got, which was very nice, new, and clean. Because our room was in the new wing and the elevator there was not yet working, we had to take the elevator near the lobby to the second floor, roll our luggage into the new wing, and carry it up a flight of stairs to get to our room. It was quite a long trek. We expect that the renovations will soon be...

"Clean room, comfy mattress, AC worked well, nice bathroom and shower, staff were professional and friendly, restaurant served good breakfast, hotel is located in a fantastic location in order to access the heart of Jasper town centre. Parking spaces are limited in the hotel's own car parks however on street parking is free from 9pm to 9am. Would definitely stay here again."

"Zeer gehorig hotel, wij sliepen in de 'kelder' wat nogal donker aanvoelde. Doordat het zo gehorig was hoorden wij de gehele avond mensen boven ons stampen op de grond. Al met al viel deze accomodatie tegen en hadden we er meer van verwacht."

"Excellent location - right in downtown Jasper, walking distance to shops, restaurant. Bathroom very tight, can be noisy due to pub. No elevator (stairs only). Affordable, good if you need just a place to sleep- short stays. Staff are helpful and friendly."

"Place was nice, mostly clean and good staff. First floor ceilings have major mold on ceiling tiles. My guess is the pool area is not being ventilated well and the moisture gets trapped in the ceilings of the adjacent hallway. This is a hazmat issue that should be addressed. But at least spend $20 on new tiles they really make the place look horrible."

"Great welcoming staff, good fresh breakfast selection, Safeway, Walmart, Canadian Tire indoor strip mall all 5 min walk from property. McDonalds, Burger King, Dairy Queen plus other restaurant selections all walkable on same street as Hotel Rooms very clean,well maintain Hotel My go to when I'm in Hinton 4-5 times a year."
