"Terrible! When I arrived I was told that my booking didn’t exist and I would have to pay for a new one… even though I paid Expedia. Then I was informed that they don’t do bookings for longer than 2 days anyway. Plus Expedia are now refusing to refund me since I had to pay for a different hotel. Terrible from the hotel and even worse from Expedia. "
"Third class property, third class rooms, We have to change room three times in a single day. There is no water facility available in washroom. Hotel manager said you have come through third party i.e expedia we will not entertain you."
"The area is around the shopping area, close to many places. Staff are very friendly. However the rooms are dirty with no windows. I booked the place because of the convenience to go around town, however I stayed for only one day and had to leave. I couldn't get any refund either, but important is that we were safe as there are lots of mosquitoes in the room, with dirty bathrooms. You feel like you are suffocating. I booked 3 rooms."
