The property itself is beautiful - a colonial style villa set in lush tropical gardens, with a pool that wraps around the building, but it’s the people who work there that made it one of the most memorable stays ever. "The staff went above and beyond. It was my girlfriends 30th birthday and while I was in the UK they helped to get things organised and things didn’t change once we got here. The best treatment, I could see the staff did this across the board for everyone at the hotel. They really couldn’t have helped more if they tried, from the manager, to the reception staff, bar staff and everybody else.
