"The room and bathroom are tiny. The air conditioning blows right on the bed so I was cold every night. The shower is so small that the shower curtain sticks to you while trying to shower. We didn’t have a hairdryer in our room and asked for one which they brought but they gave us a broken one. The staff was friendly. "

"Supposedly we got the only room in the hotel that didn't have a TV that worked, which was frustrating as we had a toddler. The windows on the street side are razor thin, so you will hear street noise at all hours. Location is excellent. Very close to lots of things. Rooms are slightly outdated, but I think that's for the "charm". Staff was very attentive and very helpful"

"the room was clean and comfortable. plenty of room. We were on the 10th floor near the bar and night club. That was loud on Saturday night and and Sunday . But Sunday festivities were over by 8:30. The hotel is in a perfect location in Old City and very walkable. Lots of Historical site to see and places to eat. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Upon arrival to the room, the sheets were dirty. I called the front desk and I was told maintenance would come up and change the sheets in 10 minutes. 40 minutes passed and no one came. I had to call back and someone was sent to the room with sheets for me to change which is ridiculous as that is not my job. Upon ordering a room one expects everything to be done by the staff considering how expensive the room was; just for it to be dirty. I had to go up to the front desk in person and file a complaint. First I was told that they only have queen beds available for me to change to. I was then told that the manager was able to put me in a king room. The whole experience was terrible and I would never come back here."
