When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about...
"I didn't book a five-star hotel so I didn't expect one. However, my biggest issue with the property is the crappy Wi-Fi. They didn't clean the room during my stay. And it seems to have an electrical issue that makes the light flicker intermittently. The staff tried to be helpful and apart from that its was okay. "
"The staff made me pay for all days of stay upfront. When I wanted to change my mind and get a refund the management didn't co-operate. This is no way a fair deal, there was unnecessary loss of money. The staff and the service was OK. I should have been refunded the money for the time I didn't want to stay and I actually checked out the second day itself."
