Zoals al in meerdere reviews vermeldt is, dit hotel bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping van een winkelcentrum, op de 5e verdieping is een (nacht)club waarvan de muziek zich door het hele gebouw dreunt. Toen ik me hierover beklaagde kreeg ik een andere kamer waar het in 1e instantie rustig was maar vanaf 1.00 uur was hier de dreun ook te horen. En toen s nachts om 3.30 uur " de buren" ook nog op hun kamer terug kwamen met alle herrie vandien ( kotsen, schreeuwen, enz) was voor mij de maat vol. De volgende dag ben ik naar een ander hotel gegaan. Aan het personeel ligt het niet; zij zijn erg vriendelijk en heel erg behulpzaam.

Extremely noicy

Sorry to review this hotel badly, as the staff is nice and the room we had was very clean and spacious (although no window). There is a disco downstairs, and it is LOUD. Playing from 5pm till late night, its hard to relax or sleep. Will not stay there again.

Buat saya apa yang ada di ThePlaza Hotel sudah memenuhi harapan. Kamar cukup luas, tempat tidur nyaman, kebersihan terjaga, AC dan air hangat serta lokasi yang strategis. Kemudian yang tidak boleh tertinggal adalah koneksi Wifi yang disediakan oleh hotel ini amat membantu saya dlm penyelesaian tugas/ kerja saya by Internet. Trim.

Very Hard to find, dirty room, under a nightclub

Very difficult hotel to find, turned out it was upstairs on level 5 of the Glodok Mall. Very Dirty area, hotel lobby quite shabby, no security presence. Room was quite dirty, bed sheets had dirt marks and cigarette stains. Bathroom was dirty, cockroaches running around room and bathroom. Room smelt like cigarettes, AC was working poorly, Wifi was broken. There is no safe entrance to the hotel unless you drive in. If you walk in from street level there are gangs that wait around the nightclub entrance and you don't feel safe going in, There is no way that I would come to this hotel alone! With another person it was marginally tolerable for safety. Unfortunately, for the price it's quite poor. Around 350,000IDR for a room, you can get a cleaner and cheaper hotel in Jakarta!

Een hotel om nog eens terug te komen

Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn in zeer goede staat, netjes, schoon,prima bedden met helder beddegoed. We hebben 2 verschillende kamers gehad. De eerste kamer beviel uitstekend. De tweede kamer beviel goed, het enige bezwaar is dat die kamer aan een parkeergarage grensde, waar constant auto's reden, wat nogal wat lawaai opleverde, vooral doordat er een paar betonplaten los lagen (?). Verder alleen maar lof. Eten was mogelijk, kon in de lobby, maar ook op de kamer geserveerd worden. En het eten was goed.

最悪！三ヶ月、東南アジアを回った中で。 スタッフの対応は普通だが、建物の構造に問題があり騒音が酷く眠れない。 しかも部屋変更依頼を一度断られた。 上はバンドの練習かクラブらしく朝まで騒音。 泊まれれば良いと考えていたが寝れ無いのでゼロ評価。 金返せと言いたい。

Not a really nice location compared with other parts of Jakarta. A bit dirty environment, rats on the streets and so on.. The hotel is a normal place for staying. No highlights, no big disadventages. However, the bathroom could have been more cleaner. Just a short note: not really a nice place to take a walk in the evening. It is also a bit hard to find the location - even for local taxi drivers - from the airport towards the hotel.

Nicht für Alleinreisende geeignet!!!

Etwas unheimliche Umgebung im Stadtteil Glodok, alleine würde man sich dort nachts nicht mehr raus trauen. Dennoch gute Anbindung an die transjakarta-Busse!

Great location for a reasonable cost

Though my visit was short, yet I've been truly impressed by the friendliness of the staff. My room was pretty clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a good sleep for the two nights I was there, inspite of the noisy city out there, the hotel was rather quite to a certain degree. Over all, I enjoyed my stay there especially it didn't cost me so much. However, I disliked to shower with no hot water, so perhaps the management needs to put into consideration to install water heaters so guests can be more comfortable. In addition, there was also no wardrobe or even hangers for clothes.
