The staff was friendly but calls to the front desk for extras went unfulfilled. The breakfast buffet did not feature sneeze guards and I witnessed people eating directly from the platters and then returning unfinished items to the platter. In our room: dirty and stained furniture, broken lamps, broken safe, and water leaking into the room during a rain storm!! This is a budget hotel in a bad area with nothing around besides a convenience store approx. 50m away.

A terrible hotel experience

The suite i stayed in was lousy. The linens on the bed was dirty, for which i asked for immediate change. The air-conditioner in the sitting room was so noisy that I could not hear your own voice, the mechanics came and yet could not fix it. The wardrobe could not close tightly and with no light inside, i could not see my clothing hanged there without turning on the torch on my hand phone. Some lights could not be turned on and a promise to change to another room by the manager did not realize. I decided to move to an international 5-star hotel after the conference i attended in the hotel came to a close, though it meant losing two nights' accommodation i already paid for and was not allowed to be refunded.

全体に清潔でスタッフの対応も良い。 レストランが少ない。繁華街には少し遠いがタクシーは常駐しているので大丈夫。近くにコンビもある。 バスタブが欲しい。

Immer Zimmer waren Flecken auf den Kopfkissen und auf der Decke. An der Bettwand waren ebenfalls Spuren von dreck, die sich wacker über meine Zeit dort gehalten haben. An jedem Möbel waren mehrere abgeplatzte stellen. Es gab kein Möbelstück welches keine zeigte. Beim Frühstück wurden die Tische nur auf Nachfrage gereinigt, Besteck ebenfalls nur auf Nachfrage gereicht. Die Teller waren meistens genauso wie die Tassen, nicht sauber. Auf den Service musste man sehr lange warten.

Unpleasant experience

I was checked in at 10pm and the receiption told me that my requested type of room was not available. It needed more than 20 mins and they got me an old and smelly room with broken AC (not cold even we set at 10 degree C) I stayed several times in this hotel, and this one is the worst
