Quite good stay, surrounding is meh

We had several blackout during our stay, although only for a while. Cleanliness need to be bit improved, some of ther furniture looks q bit old. But their staffs are very polite and friendly.

Was ok, but very disappointed with the housekeeping. As i have to keep calling for towels and waited for many hours for asking for things. Bed sheet not clean, stayed for almost 4 night, i have to ask for changing bed sheet. Also have to ask for the sanitaries to be to up. Brekafast is nice. The pool too small. Overall wont stay in this hotel again because i have experience the other hotel which is way better service and cleanness.

I was disappointed with the conditions of the bath towel. They seemed old and wereally a bit tattered. The bed pillows were kind of stinky and smelled like body odor which made my stay unpleasant.

Simple. No frills. Laid back

Simple hotel that charges for ice buckets and poor service. Room safe didn't work and even after making multiple requests the staff didn't bother to come. Room had blood / rust stains on the walls. So had the floor. The security guards were the friendliest persons around. Surrounded by a poorer side of town and a few funeral parlours. Few couples held their wedding there.

Gutes Hotel in Jakarta mit toller Aussicht

Die Zimmer waren sauber, im Flur hat es nach Rauch gestunken, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, Fensterscheiben waren sehr dreckig. Aber an sich das beste Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis was wir in Jakarta bekommen haben, der Service ist super, es wurde einem jedes Mal die Tür aufgehalten.

Nice Hotel

Best Western Hariston is a great hotel with comfortable bed & very clean. Too bad that the pool is under renovation. Service is not that great, staff could have been friendlier. However considering I was only using the hotel for sleeping for 1 night, it didn't really affected me. Overall it was a nice hotel to stay & will go back again when visiting Jakarta next time.

Good, but there's room for improvement

Checking in was a pleasure as they had upgraded our two superior rooms into a deluxe suite (1705), upon seeing that we were traveling with children. The staff were also friendly, which made up for some slight issues communicating effectively in English. However, the drainage in one of the bathrooms left much to be desired. After just one shower, water pooled on the floor and never dried up throughout my overnight stay. We didn't get them to fix it since it was only one night. I would still stay here in future, given its proximity to family, but it isn't exactly in a touristy or lively neighbourhood.

real 4 star hotel, but bad location, no hot water

This is a real 4 star hotel with all the amenities associated with one. The pool was under maintenance when I was there so I couldn't use it though. The location kind of sucks. Not much to do or see walking distance from the hotel. There was no hot water when I tried to take a shower either.
