Amazing breakfast and service!

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel feels a little tired in places, but the staff were fantastic the breakfast was one of the best I’ve enjoyed at any hotel recently. Location is good, but as is the case with most of Jakarta, the traffic can be very bad, taking over an hour to travel 10km’s.

Great location for a week working in Jakarta, fantastic staff, good breakfast, shopping just over the road. Book a room at the back of the hotel and it’s noise free!!

Hotel is needing renovation. Smells musty in the hallway hence the air fan/blower was being use the day after we arrive. AC is weak after 2 days of stay and was getting uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was nice. Location is awesome and very central

I read the reputation on both Expedia and Google before I checked in, and found some people say there are so much noise from the street in front of this hotel. Some say you can't sleep enough. However, in reality, not that bad: I took tight sleep every night (in weekends, a bit noisy, but anyway, I slept deeply enough). So, for those who are reading the comments, don't worry too much. Overall, I enjoy this hotel; very comfortable. I also would like to mention (like those already pointed out in their comments), the service was amazing! Every staff I talked was so kind and helpful. If I have to add something I'd like this hotel to improve, I couldn't use the security box in my room, so I appreciate if you check later. Thank you for everything. I'd like to stay again next time I'm in Jakarta.

I love your bed!

Although I was there for 2 short days, nevertheless it has been wonderful. The check-in was seamless, the staff were friendly. Keep up the good work. It's clean and everything works well. The bedding makes you want to laze around longer cos they're sooooo comfortable. We didn't have time to check the other ameneties but hope to do so next time. We chose this hotel for it's central location. It is close to all the big names PI, GI, Sarinah and yet without the chaotic traffic around it. Love that we can walk to these places and walk back to the hotel. Having the train station infront of the hotel is a plus point too. Will definitely return.

Strategic location, comfortable room, BUT noisy!

Service was superb, very responsive, staff were professional & friendly. But room was noisy due to single layered glass window (non-opened type). Basically did not sleep well at all during the very 1st night, all due to direct traffic noise from the main roads. Changed to another room, yet, same problem persisted but less noisy from the other corner/back of hotel building facing the river. If the establishment can do something about the soundproof matter?
