Clean rooms, very friendly staff, excellent house keeping and the owner was froendly and approachable. Perfect for a family stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
clean room, courteous staff.
Not the best place to stay to tour Jaipur- little away from the action and takes 500ruppes one way to get to main place. Apart from minor inconveniences the place is ok.
Canadian Tourist Here:
The best part of our experience with this hotel was due to the gentleman at reception, he was sturdy, understanding, cooperative and most of all punctual.
When it came to the woman at reception, I’m not a fan of leaving negative remarks but she clearly needs to take some time away from work and focus on understanding and speaking English. We had multiple disagreements and multiple misunderstandings. Yet when the gentleman is there, there’s no issues at all.
NOT A FAN of being harassed by her, multiple times within one day and then the next about having to pay for our stay in advance. When we already paid for two full days, with my uncle being sick and myself; we were put on bed rest by the doctor so they have to wait regardless of the situation.
If they let her go, they would most likely benefit.
Thankfully I was able to tell the gentleman at reception and he was totally understanding about our situation and mentioned we have till check out to pay the remaining.
By the way, we spent over 20,000 rupees on just food within the hotel and outside the hotel in the span of 4 days.
The hotel staff was absolutely amazing and very accomodating for our needs. The room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. The restaurant on the property had great food as well. Would definitely return.

Staff were cordial - Special thanks to Mr Imran.
However, the property itself is no more than a 2 star property and unfortunately the ratings on the booking platforms are bit misleading.
A few issues that I faced:
1) King bed is made up of two seperate beds
2) Mattress as well as the pillows are uncomfortable, I have terrible neck and back pain now
3) I had to ask for the air-conditioning to be turned on a few times as they turn if off from the reservation desk (which hotel does that)
4) Breakfast is really limited (only two hot dishes) and was never on time. On my last day they didn't even had the breakfast buffet.
5) No fridge
6) Had to ask for the bathroom floor towels.
You can consider to stay if the price is below USD 25
Spacious, excellent and reasonably priced restaurant, attentive staff and welcoming owner, good renovation (though there was peeling paint and some wall stains they should deal with, and the sheets could look fresher)
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Our train arrived really early before checking time and the staff was able ti help us out. They had our room ready for early check in.

Dirty hotel with poor maintenance
The building is not that old and has great potential but the maintenance and cleaniness of the rooms is extremely poor.
The location is very good.
With decent management the hotel would have great potential.
I was comfortable with my stay from start to end , like all hotels , your id checks once completed, they ask for your name on a register , also request an email and contact number, it could be your WhatsApp number. Their breakfast timings are from 8 and checkout like most hotels are in the morning but please double check . The rooms are spacious ,warm showers and you genuinely feel comfortable in the room.
Very good property in terms of hotel rooms and quality of service. Only downside is it’s 30 minutes away from all tourist attractions but otherwise highly recommended
