Everything is good but not as expected superior rooms are very small if u come with your family so choose deluxe room only & in night too much noise & buses horn are coming /windows should be sound proof rest all are good specially staff are very good very much co-operative

Great location and restaurant.

Great location next to the railway station. Hotel staff great. Rooftop restaurant is perhaps the best part with great food and prices. Overall upkeep of the place could be better. Most of the doors did not work with the cards and would have to swipe it 5 times on average to get into my room. The non-smoking room we had smelled like smoke. They came and sprayed an air freshener and said everything was fine. It was not fine, and after complaining more they switched us rooms. It's good for the price! Would stay again

GREAT hotel

A perfect location - close to the rail station and the Metro - shopping is nearby - and the hotel food is really terrific - but as always - it is the hotel staff who make this hotel special and it’s guests more than welcome — ! This is my “hotel of choice” in Jaipur !

Average hotel but very noisy

Check in was not great. Was given a twin room initially despite paying for a double. Was told to put the beds together to improvise ! Main drawback is the noise especially at night from the music rooftop bar and during the day from the traffic and horning. The hotel needs to be more soundproof. Took the hotel taxi for a sightseeing tour of jaipur which did not mention a tax to pay and also my friends who came along felt the driver was very rude and stubborn at times, especially as he was taking us to places that had a commission attached ! Pros: Conveniently located for bus terminal. Comfy bed. Breakfast not too bad. Cons: Noise. Decor of the room and hotel could be better. More equipment needed in the gym.

Loud hotel with poor service

The service at the hotel was quite poor. The bed is hard and the walls inefficiently soundproof, bring ear-plugs if you decide to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was more or less okey. Best is the food at the rooftop restaurant but the music is too loud. We were the only couple there and asked them to lower the music but nothing happend.

Many facilities which are offered by hotel at the time of booking needs to be provided without asking or reminding. That's does not happen. For example 24hrs hot water facilities are on request basis. Same way newspaper etc.

Service is good, would appreciate both ladies during breakfast one who was on live kitchen cooking with smile and another was so active and prompt in guest service, keep the spirit up. Towels needs to be more soft. Basic amenities like slipper and oral kit were on chargeable basis.

Another excellent stay - !

I have been staying at the Nirwana Hometel for over 4 years now and am a frequent guest visiting in Jaipur several times each year --- FRIENDLY staff - very good food - clean comfortable rooms and a terrific location make this hotel my destination of choice in Jaipur - ! A great breakfast buffet in the morning - find Indian cuisine in the dining room in the evening - AND - the big surprise is the NEW Jaipur Adda ( rooftop dining ) experience which was recently opened - I enjoyed both the inside AND outside dining with great views of Jaipur from the 6th floor ! An excellent and exciting addition to an already terrific hotel - !!
