We checked in on 23rd Night, geyser was not there in bathroom and when we asked for hot water, they told us we can only get that in morning. Owner and Staff ignored our concerns multiple times and was very rude.

They have mentioned that Air conditioner will be provided but when you make payment or you reached the hotel they said air conditioner is not working and it is disable, will be worked after 31st march. staff is also not good. No proper lighting in the room. no toiletries are not provided. bedsheet are also not properly clean. basic amenties not provided. For everything they charged extra amount.

Pint-sized haveli with disgusting, ill-mannered and rude staff.I had booked this hotel for 3 days for visit to Jaipur with family, on the very outset I came across Mr.Roop Singh, owner of the property, an ill-mannered and disrespectful person who asked for advance payment for 2 days, even though I had paid upfront for 1 day before check-in. He doesn't consider or respect the fact that guests are with family and children and talks in boastful and loud voice.He cancelled my booking and forced me and family to vacate hotel only after 1 day stay, causing inconvenience to my family. On contacting your customer care for the issue, you guys showed your inability to contact property and were unable to resolve the issue. To further add to the awful experience, cheap and stinky room with seepage are at offering and bad quality food sold at exorbitant price.Property is nothing like haveli, it's elongated match box structure with rude staff.

Disappointing service for a pretty looking place.

Decided to book this place after seeing the pictures of the ambience. Stayed for three nights. There is definitely room for improvement in this place. Cleanliness issues - 1) bins provided in the rooms had not been cleaned after emptying the trash 2) had to ask for replacement towels as towels provided in the room were not clean. 3) hot water is not provided 24/7. No hot water before 6 am. Even after requesting, the night staff would not start the centrally controlled hot water! Found the night staff extremely rude. Would not recommend this place unless it’s the last resort. Be very clear on your requirements with the hotel whilst booking.
