Stayed here for one night after a business meeting in Jaipur. The hotel itself is incredibly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful in arranging my transport for the next day. I didn't go up to the pool, but my colleague said that area was nice, though the water was a bit cold. If you're looking for a more traditionally styled hotel in Jaipur, this isn't it, but if you want modern conveniences, you'll be happy here. Overall, would highly recommend!
Because the Crowne was full with weddings and we had a wedding in the neighborhood and also visits with good friends who have an office there, we decided to stay in 'the other' business hotel in the vicinity. We had eaten there before with our friends and their food is great, as well as their drink choice in the basement. So we booked. The checkin was ok; the staff is nice but awkward, the rooms are clean and nice so all good. We ordered food to the room and that's when the weirdness began; food arrived cold, when commenting on it, the staff just smiled. That can be and is not too bad, but we kept asking for mineral water as well; we noticed, too late, the bottles that looked sealed, were not sealed. So we got quite ill. We complained and they said that only 2 bottles per day are free the rest is from the tap; we were flabbergasted. This was never mentioned anywhere and ofcourse we would pay; we asked for mineral water and were assuming this was paid... You have to tell foreigners this; someone might just die; after that we were very vigilant about checking every bottle; they did not make the mistake again but it took some serious shouting to get to that point. We had some half baked apology (again, we spent 2 full days on the toilet and there is only one toilet in the room) but no free drinks, no free food, no free room, just 'apologies and we will mention it to the manager'. They kept making us sign and pay for every cold delivered egg. Oh and the internet was not working.
The stay was nice. The room was very clean and refeshing.Good and co-operative staff memebers.
Food was very yummy and hygenic, especially the break-fast.Would love to stay here in my every visit to jaipur.

HOTEL WILL ATTEMPT TO CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR MISTAKE
Our stay was going well until the very last day as we were checking out. The hotel staff tried to charge us for the breakfast buffet we took part in during our stay at the hotel. Our booking included breakfast and, despite showing the hotel staff our booking confirmation stating that breakfast was included in our package, they still attempted to charge us for it. They stated that we must pay for the breakfast and then take up the issue with Hotels.com. I informed them that they ought to take it up with Hotels.com instead, and then left with bitterness towards the unreasonable hotel manager.
