Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The guests have not stayed at the property. When the guests reach over there, they realize the condition of property is pathetic. It was completely different from the pictures what you have on your website. So we did not check in the property. And we message you for the refund. So we want refund about that booking.
