Very quaint and beautiful unique hotel, staff is extremely friendly come on nice and helpful. We even got to say hello to the owners and enjoy the beautiful garden in the front. Each room is unique and well furnished and well maintained. This hotel is definitely a gem. We strongly recommend, we lived here for five days and we're very happy.

Nice friendly central hotel.
Nice ambiance, very helpful staff with lovely breakfast with an egg-free cake that out of this world ! Handy for metro and bonus that they had a good supply of wine and beer (a rarity on our Rajasthan trip)

Excellent Stay at Dera Rawatsar
I highly recommend Dera Rawatsar - Heritage Hotel! My stay was wonderful. The staff members at Dera Rawatsar were very kind and worked to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. I opted into the room option that included driver service, and each day, the driver was on time and was extremely helpful with ensuring that I saw the city sites of Jaipur. The hotel staff members were also were very communicative leading up to my stay when I reached out with questions. The included breakfast was excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Kind and caring staff
The hotel and room was spotless, lovely toiletries. Spacious room. The staff made this hotel from start to finish, they were all soo kind and caring. The food in the restaurant was great and every staff member was amazing. Breakfast is great, loads of choice and it was all vegetarian, which was fab for us. They even arranged a free airport pick up, which was a lovely touch and the guy waited patiently as our flight was delyaed 2 hours. Brekfast and dinner is yummy, totally reccommend it. They arranged a breakfast box for us to keep in our fridge overnight and have the next day as we had to leave a lt 515am. The gate guy was the sweetest and waited outside our room incase we needed help with bags and kindly waited with us for our uber to come. All staff here are a true credit to you. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Calm Oasis in Jaipur
Offers an oasis of calm in a busy city. We were picked up from the train station and as soon as we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome. The room was excellent and the breakfast and dinner offered in the restaurant was delicious. The pool was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the amazing city if Jaipur. Would recommend to anyone.

送迎付きの便利で素敵なホテル
初めてのインドだったので、送迎付きの、このホテルを利用しました。 当日フライトキャンセルで事前に予約した時間が変更になり慌てましたが、メールと電話で連絡して、ちゃんと迎えに来ていただきました。 ドライバーさんが、名前を書いた紙を持って待っているのですぐにわかり、安心しました。 ホテルはバスターミナルの近くですが、裏道なので落ち着いた雰囲気です。建物は古いですが、設備の使用には何の問題もなく、門から中に入ると別世界のようなエレガントな佇まいです。 スタッフは皆、フレンドリーですが、気配りがあって礼儀正しく親切です。 ゲストを大切にもてなしてくれるので、まるでお嬢様になったような気分になれます(笑) 朝食ビュッフェの料理はどれも美味しくて、とても満足しました。 部屋も広くて、何もかも申し分なかったです。 ジャイプールに滞在するなら、送迎付きの、このホテルを絶対おすすめします！

I loved my stay here! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean with charming details. I also felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. The breakfast is also great and I would absolutely stay again next time I visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cost/price balance is ok. I really appreciated staff doing their best for catering Gluten Free food as well as a food package as we had to leave very early to the airport. Airport pick up was also a benefit. We had a great room to enjoy the kite festival

Amazing boutique hotel.
Hotel was very clean.. all the staff were very attentive, friendly and accommodating. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The food in the restaurant was tasty, the rooms were clean. Unlike other hotels in India - check in was very easy being an overseas tourist.

The airport pickup went smoothly and was very convenient. The hotel responded very promptly to email requests before my stay. The service was very personalized and the staff made meals available outside regular hours.

Klein und fein am Rande der Altstadt von Jaipur
Wir waren fünf Nächte im Dera Rawatsar Hotel und uns hat es rundum sehr gut gefallen: das Zimmer (nach einem Wechsel nach der ersten Nacht), das Personal (sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit), das Essen (reichhaltiges Frühstück sowohl indisch als auch westlich und das Büffet am Abend). Nach fünf Tagen haben wir uns wirklich wie Teil der "Familie" gefühlt und der Abschied fiel ein wenig schwer. Auch das Drumherum war bestens: Die kostenlose Abholung vom Flughafen hat prima geklappt und auch das Organisieren eines Taxis für Ausflüge rund um Jaipur. Beim Geldwechseln gab es einen sehr fairen Wechselkurs. Das Zimmer, was wir zu Anfang hatten (103), war nicht gut belüftet aber der Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer war problemlos möglich. Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent hotel au calme
Excellent hotel avec une belle petite terrasse avec piscine. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Seul petit bemol sur le matelas a ressort. Très bonne cuisine avec un buffet du soir delicieux servi sur une terrasse en plein air au calme ce qui est agréable après une journée dans le vacarme de jaipur. Le personnel est très accueillant, très sympathique et de bon conseil.

Excelente hotel
Excelente hotel. Personal amable, habitación grande, limpia y espaciosa. Desayuno abundante y varíado, y la piscina ideal para después de un día de turismo por Jaipur.

Helpful staff, very nice room, tranquil atmosphere in the hotel grounds compared to the busy streets of Jaipur.

Nice
Lovely, clean hotel in the residential area of Jaipur. Good breakfast and nice dinner banquet served by attentive staff. Only downside was the wifi needs a boost to normal hotel standards as it wasn't even strong enough to upload photos to facebook either in the room or dining area. Unfortunately no outside choices for dinner.

Peaceful hotel with friendly staff
Was given a good comfortable suite room, and the various staff were friendly and helpful in helping me organise transport.

Dera Rawatsar, es una casona antigua convertida en hotel, la habitacion que me toco es amplia, limpieza correcta, aunque quedaba en un primer piso por escaleras y eso fue incómodo. La comida del restaurante no es buena, totalmente desabrida (raro para India). El hotel es tranquilo, no había muchas personas hospedadas. La ubicación es correcta. Tv de tubo no LED como en las fotos. El precio es un poco excesivo para la calidad de la habitacion, esperaba mas...

Very Pleased with our Stay
Great hotel, nice pool, super staff willing to help with anything, great breakfast, and quiet comfy room with lots of space. We had an excellent experience there.

With Charm and Character
A quaint residence in chaotic surroundings. Not too difficult to locate. Property is well managed by very friendly staff. The ground floor room was a bit noisy at times and lacks privacy. However, It has its own charm and character. Buffet style dinner was surprisingly good.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff.
Lovely hotel. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed.The staff were really helpful and even made pancakes especially for breakfast. 24 hour hot water was very welcome for a shower.

Excellent hotel
We stayed here for two nights. Location was good and was clean. Food was good and staff very helpful. Only think I can fault is in the rooms the chairs had stains on them other than that good hotel to stay in, very comfortable.

Value for money in Jaipur
Great place and good value for money. Very friendly people. I'd stay again. Wifi could be easier (one code for our 3 day stay) but being picky really.

Great hotel, good service, trustworthy people
Friendly people and good service, in a quiet area, clean and comfortable rooms, with a good breakfast in the morning. Besides that, they didn't try to sell us any additional services (like a taxi or tuktuk) for the day. When we asked for one, they quoted very reasonable prices. For India, this may not be a cheap hotel, but it is definitely worth the money. We would come back, for sure!

Worth it, upgrade if you can
Fabulous hospitality in a spot close enough to walk to the Pink City. Real homely attentive atmosphere, made up for slight disappointment with the quality of room furnishings. It is traditional, which I expected, but worn and unclean in places. I would definitely recommend though as the hospitality outweighed the small time you spend in your room
