My family and I have stayed here for the last 3 years in June for a family gathering (cookout) at the hotel as they have a nice grill and patio area. Here is where things go left during our stay the elevators kept going out! At one point I was forced to carry all my stuff up 3 flights of stairs aling with my other family members. It was grueling! "Found hair on my pillow and in the bathroom sink. Requested rooms beside or near each other. Showed up and rooms were on different floors. Then got offered a room with one king bed when I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Someone had to sleep on the floor."

Everything you needed was less than a ten minute drive away. If I would give a con about the place would be that the water pressure was low and the water could have been hotter otherwise it was a great stay."

"I stayed for five days. The room was not cleaned until I requested my hotel room to be cleaned. Each day I asked for clean towels the dirty towels piled up until the room was cleaned and trash backed up in the room. The staff had no name tags so you never knew who you were talking with. All the staff did was make empty promises and apologizes. I booked thru Expedia although I do have an honors account. I was highly disappointed with my stay."

"Room was completely outdated, and things like the bathroom were actually difficult to use. Note: You had to”step around the toilet to get into the shower”? Our door to our room was broken, we reported it immediately, but nothing was done. Much more than an inconvenience to me and my fiancé. I’m assuming all the rooms are the same (?), so it’s unlikely we will be returning to this property."
