There were doors slamming and so much noise until 4 am. The room had clean towels and sheets, but the toilet, floor, and sink hadn't been cleaned at all.

Could Be A Lot Worse

Receptionist was very nice, but had little training and manager was not answering calls, which made checking in take much longer than it should have, due to a question regarding payment from this website. The room was recently remodeled and mostly clean. Full size refrigerator, sink, stove, and microwave was in the room. The remote for the TV was not correct so there was no watching local television. The bed and linen smelled like everything just came out of storage and made it very difficult to sleep. The hotel has only one elevator and the stairwells smelled of feet, weed, and swamp. Pretty much what I expected for the price.

Scary place

The room was filthy. Towels were dirty. Floors covered with dirt and human hair. Other guest were screaming at their kids when I checked in. Very scary. The front desk agent was very nice and helpful. Cleaning staff manager was attentive too. I left after 4 hours.

Where to start… there’s plenty of parking. Guy at checkin was nice and morning staff was nice too! however, people shouldn’t be allowed to hang out and partake in activities at the front door and handicap parking spots. there’s designated areas for smoking or whatever you’re doing and the front door of an establishment is not it. Room was ok, could’ve been a little cleaner. No dishes, pots/pans or utensils to use in the kitchenette so bring your own if you plan on cooking. No blow dryer. No phone in room, what if something happens or cell phone doesn’t work? Washer and dryers are available. Soda and snack machine.

Blood on the pillowcases

Hi, I used to stay with this hotel when I traveled a lot for work, so I know this chain is usually a good experience. Though this stay changed that view. There were a few things that were overlooked that I feel are very unacceptable, no pillows on the bed, bed not made with fresh linens, blood stains on the pillows (extras on the shelf near closet area) I didn’t want to raise trouble with the staff so I figured I would just quietly leave a message. Not looking for much, but I am going to be booking again for the next night or two.

Bugs, hair, and what appears to be bug droppings in the drawers

When booking online it definitely doesn't give you an accurate representation of the property. The room itself was very clean, but all the towels and bedding were stained and didn't look pleasing to sleep on. The TV did not work. It wasn't even hooked up to anything other than an outlet. There was also no pillowcases on our pillows and we didn't have a blanket on the bed either. Just 2 thin sheets. The hallways and front area where you walk in always stunk of just filthy and dirty dogs. They did have a laundry room and a kitchenette, but the do not offer anything for use in the kitchenette, nor do they tell you you have to provide your own things to use it so we were incredibly unprepared for that and had to eat out instead of being able to cook in. The bathroom is nice and spacious, but the floors (at least on the first floor) hold this layer of condensation through the entire room. We could not for the life of us understand why the floor was always damp.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

This hotel was disgusting. I checked in super late and was let in just fine. But when I got to the room there was (I think) a dead bug on the bathroom floor. I went to wash my hands and there was no soap, only shampoo in the bathroom. When I called the same number that checked me in, I asked if they had any soap to wash my hands and they stated I'd have to wait until morning. I was told there should be some in there when I checked in, but there was not. I asked for a public restroom where I could wash my hands and there was no option for that. We immediately left the hotel and found other lodging. Unfortunately I wasn't able to receive a refund even though technically the room wasn't even properly prepared since there wasn't even any soap. Very disappointed to lose 4 days worth of money on this booking. Please spare yourself and find another place to stay. This one is deceiving because the outside of the hotel isn't indicative of how gross it was on the inside.

Arrived late afternoon after a long drive. They acknowledged my reservation but said they overbooked and had no room. After persuasion, they gave me a phone number on a scrap of paper. Did not even call or offer me a phone. Never been treated so poorly.

Horrible! Do not book here. I stayed at the location on the Southside thinking the one on Beach Blvd would be the same type of service and clean. It was filthy. The guy at the front had on flashy jewelry like he was about to audition for one of MC Hammer’s backup dancer. Very unprofessional. The room was nasty, musty odor in the halls and room. I saw two roaches come from out the sink. The tv would not work. I had to walk downstairs several times to complain. There was no phone in the room to call down to the front desk. This hotel needs to be torn down and hire better staff.
