Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is unfortunately located in the midst of a lot of truck stops so it was not real appealing to enter! And absolutely no restaurants in closer than a 13 minute highway drive away. We had stayed in another Tru hotel in NC the night before that was just the opposite - new and beautiful area with several restaurants in walking distance so this was a little disappointing. But for just a night while traveling it was fine.

The hotel was very clean which is important. There was coffee and tea available 24/7, and pool table in the lobby. We could not get the room temperature below 72 degrees even after turning down. The water pressure wasn't great and water only luke warm for the shower. Breakfast for us was subpar. Not many healthy options. Staff were friendly.

Very quiet. Some areas needed a little bit of extra cleaning like the shower but overall it was good. Staff was friendly and fast with check-in. The road/parking area near the hotel/has station had some big holes. Overall I would stay here again.

This was a weekend getaway for my husband & I. From the checkin to checkout everything was awesome. They offer a full breakfast from 7a-9a.

This was our first stay at TRU and we were impressed. Our room was clean and well designed - no carpet was a plus - and the bed was comfortable. We were pretty close to the highway but soundproofing was great so we had a good night's sleep. The check-in and check-out staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast had good protein choices. We will definitely search out TRU again when traveling.
