My flight was delayed late at night and this hotel was near by with shuttle service. I called to inquire about how to use the shuttle service and the front desk promptly sent a shuttle to pick me up. Being so late I didn’t get to use all the services they had available but it was a comfortable place to sleep for the night.

Room was clean and well stocked. The staff was very helpful and the cleaning team did am excellent job, re making the room when needed. There was ample parking and the hotel lobby and lot are very clean and bright.

This is where I prefer to stay on my visits home. Staff was amazing! Beds are perfect. I have trouble sleeping thru the night, when home. I slept thru the night, and even napped thru the thunderstorm during the afternoon.

I am a woman who arrived by myself very late from a delayed flight. There were people in the parking lot who scattered when I pulled in (like it was a drug bust for something). I did not feel safe from there on. I checked in to a younger woman who was more bothered I interrupted her on her phone and the lobby had a moldy smell. I got a bad gut feeling but got my bag and went to my room anyway, it also smelled horrible and to say the rooms were outdated was a understatement. They did seemed clean but I knew I wouldn't get any sleep there because people in the parking lot were playing loud music like it was a party. I decided to go with my gut and drove 2 hours at 3 am to another spot. I will never book here again or recommend booking here.

If you are in jax for and overnight stay on the very cheap because even their going rate per night is not adequate, proceed with caution. The pictures on line are very different than what you see when you open the room door. Chipped paint on the walls and carpet, the socket next to the bed had mold on it, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusted, the room was dark and depressing. Not to mention the room door looked as if it had been kicked in at some point in the past. Thankfully I travel with my own travel door lock. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. Single ladies be safe at this establishment by yourselves. As in Florida it rained most of the night and that’s bad because the tv and wifi are satellite so good luck with entertainment.. then again we all have phones these days.

The stay was good. The room was clean. The food was fair. The pool was clean with plenty of chairs. No resturants or anything within several miles. The only negative thing I can say is that our room had an odor. The halls did not but our room did.
