I had read so many good reviews on this place, but I really don’t understand why. It wasn’t horrible but it also wasn’t impressive. I do agree with the reviewers that the bedding was clean and fresh but other than that, nothing else that justifies the raving reviews. My bathroom vent was extremely loud and hanging out of the ceiling, there was no “do not disturb sign” so housekeeping came in every day, the traffic noise from the street is loud, there’s no dining area for breakfast. It has the old style layout where the massive window looks right into your room so you can’t even open the curtain. I likely won’t stay here again.

Best Rest not only lived up to their reviews but exceeded them. You will not find another motel and or hotel that is cleaner than here. Extremely clean, very comfortable beds, friendly, helpful receptionists! Breakfast was coffee, bananas and packaged muffins/rolls - adequate for us, and all this for a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating. We received clean linen every day. The room was a nice size, although the refrigerator and microwave were in a weird place. I did not like the location. There was too much traffic all hours of the night, and we constantly heard sirens each night we were there. Also, the walls were paper-thin. I could hear the people next door very clearly.

This hotel is one of the cleanist hotels that I have ever stayed in. The owners and staff are very nice and accommodating. I couldn't be happier and will definitely stay again.

Better than hoped for
The outside and check in area will make you think one thing but inside the room it's obviously been recently remodeled and is really nice for the price. Right next to a busy traffic area so a lot of vehicle Boise but we were able to mostly sleep through the night. Check-in and check out were smooth and the man at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful.

I booked two rooms. One for my son, who was on his way to MCT. It’s a few minute drive so that’s very convenient. The bed and the comforter was amazingly soft and I had a wonderful nights sleep. The room was so clean. The room was big. Parking was abundant. Good choices nearby were easy to get to. I will be booking again when I come to visit this area again. Thank you to the staff. They were always friendly and helpful :). 10/10 will stay again!
