"The room was dirty, sheets were stained, shower water never got hot or even warm. There were scuff marks all over the floor and walls. There was a splatter of something on the wall."

"The room is not cleaned unless you request housekeeping which we did and all we got were clean towels. The floor wasn't vacuumed, the bed wasn't made, trash cans weren't emptied. They ran out of clean towels. Someone in our party requested towels and was told the entire hotel only had two lean towels. ..."
