"Property was clean and well maintained. Pool was out of service while we were there- which was a bummer- but we had a nice staycation! My daughter is already asking when we can go back. 😊"

"Nice Place!"

"This place was great! We spent 4 nights here. The staff, especially the manager, was so friendly and helpful! The full breakfast was delicious and satisfying! The place was clean and we always had clean towels. It is a convenient location, and the price was very affordable! If we are ever visiting the Milwaukee area again we will definitely stay here again! Thank you Best Western in Germantown!"

"We had a pleasant stay at Towne Place. It was close to the things we wanted to do. It was clean and well maintained."

"My room was nasty, shower curtain rod was about to fall off, the floors were sticky and dirty!! The chairs in my room were disgusting!! Stains on them from who knows what! The tub/shower was filthy! But the staff was very professional and helpful!!! Every time the heater/air con turned on the room smells nasty,"

"Nice hotel"

"N/A"

"Outside of our window, we had a full view of Stacked up old mattresses, old furniture, All kinds of garbage. Not a good look."

"The room was super nice. The mattress was comfortable and the pillows were great ."

"Needs a remodel"

"The property was nice and clean, my only complaint is that the shower head was not to my liking. I've stayed in plenty of hotels where water pressure isn't an issue, but there was barely any water pressure in the shower."

"Delightful and charming."

"A nice, clean room with a comfy bed. Not too hard and not too soft! Close to the pool and hot tub, which we had to ourselves for 3 weekdays. Free parking, wifi, and breakfast of cheese omelets, sausage links, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. The coffee, both regular and decaf, were very good also. The TV was easy to operate and the heat/AC worked great."
