The security latch was torn off the door. There were holes in the walls. The peephole was mising and a piece of plastic was stuffed inside the hole. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink faucet. The toilet flushed poorly. There were not enough hangers for my garments. There was no telephone. The only ice machine appeared to be in the lobby. The signs on each floor indicated there should have been one on every floor. One of the rooms downstairs window had been broken. It has really been rundown since my last stay several years ago.

The place was terrible and I requested for a non smoking room and when I got their they gave me smoking and I tried to explain i have asthma but he kept telling me he didnt have any so I had to stayed on Oct 9 so I return the next night and he told me he didn't have any non smoking room so I didnt stay on Oct 10 2026 so I need a refund and all my clothes was smell like some so I threw them away I been trying to call to get a refund .

Deplorable Deplorable conditions and in poor repair. Looks NOTHING like pics online. Dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door from previous occupant. Smelly room and elevator. We asked for towels day two and we're asked "Dont you already have towels?" The proceeded to give One set for Two people. Sign says remodeled. This is true for the Lobby Only which you will Never enter, day or night. Supposedly have a Night windows to speak to the clerk. But you must do so in the day also. He asked my name and immediately charged my card on file before Any paperwork was done, and told me it was declined. Yes sir it was, because I move money to checking when I am ready!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FILTHY SPOT TO ANYONE!
