"Our stay was great. Breakfast selection was awesome. My kids loved the pool. I had the suite with the 2 bedrooms. In one bedroom the A/C unit worked great but the other room’s A/C unit did not work. But I did buy a small table fan and it was just fine. For the price that we paid everything was great"

"This hotel is the best! The staff is absolutely amazing! They allowed us to check in early which was so important because our toddler needed a nap! They let us borrow a deck of cards from the front desk. The pool was the perfect temperature, the room was very clean, the AC was super cold, the breakfast was delicious and the location is convenient. We've stayed at many hotels in the Ann Arbor area and this is our new favorite. The price is super reasonable. This was our second stay and we will be staying here everytime we visit. Highly recommend!!"

"Beautiful , clean and friendly place! We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was very nice and loved the kitchenette. Unfortunately the power went out and we had to leave because it was a very hot day and we have small children. They refunded us no issue! We would for sure stay again."

"Staff was very personable and accommodating. We arrived early and they went above and beyond to get our room clean and ready. That was really appreciated and took a lot of stress off us. Room was clean and eating area very clean and breakfast was good. The only concern I had was with the pool area - the pool is wonderful for families, however, the ventilation in the area is poor. The chlorine ozone layer in the air was overly thick and that is not good for anyones lungs. There needs to be more airflow or better balance and/or adjustment to chlorine to minimize the breathing in of chlorine fumes. We did ask staff if we could open the door, which they allowed, but with no wind outside, it did little to help. All in all, I would stay here again, but perhaps not swim unless adjusted."

"Overall the property and room were good. The continential breakfast (which was one of the reasons that we selected this location) was lacking in service and efficiency. They actually had no knives available for use, and the person servicing the breakfast and area seemed to be over busy. Neither of these issues in and of themselves was a big issue, but it did make an impression."
