We booked two rooms, but from the moment we arrived there were constant issues: one room was missing the advertised sofa bed, there was no complimentary water despite being told it would be provided, no slippers, an empty shower gel dispenser, a broken bedside lamp, a wardrobe door that wouldn’t close properly, and one of the showers wasn’t working. When I reported the shower, I was told nobody was available to fix it...

"Great spacious room for our family of 4. Usually NYC rooms are tiny with no room to put your luggage or items in the bathroom. These rooms were meticulously planned out to maximize space in both the room and bathroom. The hotel was not only newly remodeled but one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Conveniently located in/near Times Square, theatre district and tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. We’ll definitely stay here again."

"Great location and friendly staff. However, the housekeeping never cleaned our room, they just emptied the trash in the very small trash cans and put clean towels in the room. We had to bring down additional trash to keep our room clean. Used towels were also not picked up. We were at the sight for almost a week, so this should have been done."
