This hotel is located inside a small mall. Next to GBK. Reception area is small but room is good size, clean. All staff are polite, friendly. I was delighted to see welcome fruits platter and small treat almost every day makes me smile. It's facing busy road so traffic noise is slightly annoying. Hotel swimming pool is clean and quiet. As I said it's inside the mall, so shopping and eateries and literally steps away. Highly recommended.

Clean and Spacious Hotel

Clean and spacious hotel. Comfortable bed, pillow and every things. It is inside a shopping mall. You can easy to have every thing. Please be advise that the hot bath water need to wait a few minutes before it is hot. Air conditioner and wifi is ok. The staffs are super nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Strategic location, i find it easier to get food to eat or to shop. The room was ok not as good as i expected but the view was breathtaking. Especially at night, where i could see the stadium and also the madness of the traffic in Jakarta. The staff of the hotel were friendly and very helpful. They were welcoming and always there to help. The breakfast was good too, not too much of varieties but still good. I hope that the hotel could maintain the same conditions and qualities of the hotel for many years to come.

Beautiful city views

Staying at Harris Hotel for 4 night, I enjoyed stayed at Harris Hotel, even though can be very noisy, due the hotel is right on the side of main road, the sound of the motorbike is drive me mad, they can be so loud, particularly after midnight. The hotels is in the shopping centre building, which is very convenient, there are plenty nice restaurants, shops, cafe, and supermarket. The staff are very friendly, big credit to the housekeeping team who are kept ( service) the room, neat and tidy every day. Oh the views from the room breathtaking.

Clean and spacious room. Everything is ok. Bed is comfortable. WiFi is ok. Shower is good. My room is at the end of the corridor. There is a big window. The view is very good. There are many restaurants downstairs. You need to use your access card to press the lift. So it is safe. The staffs are very nice. Highly recommended.

Short trip - Family

I was upgrading my room to family suite. The room is so spacious. With two bedrooms and one huge bathroom, that was perfect for four of us! We are very happy with the room. The only down side is they only gave us two coffee cups. I think for family suite at least we should get 4 cups. Also the water faucet in the kitchenette was leaking which is not really a big deal but I hate to see the water get wasted. All and all it’s a nice room.

The location is fantastic, in cnetre Jakarta. Overall is sastify, but the Employees service room is too close to guest room and make a lot of noise during day time, it is quite annoying, and the hotel is a little bit worn out, some refurbishment was needed. Breakfast place need to be improved, the table arrangement is bad, most of the table are too big and good for 6-8 persons, but seated by 1 or 2 guest, and end up running out of tables.

Nice and clean hotel. Spacious room and bath room. Wifi is ok. Bed sheet and every things are clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel attached to a shoppoing centre. You can have any thing yu want. The breakfast in hotel is very nice. It is mainly Indonesia food. You can have most of the famous Indonesia food here and no need to try in the oether restaurant. They change part of the manu daily. Although there is only little weatern and asian food. But still ok. I am very satisfy with the breakfast.

The hotel is inside the shopping mall level 1. I'm given the room at level 47, the highest. Not the lift can't bring you to level 5 where the breakfast is. So you can either take a lift to 1st floor then switch to another lift or take the staircase to level 46 then the lift to level 5. The wait for lift will be slightly long since level 47 is only 2 lifts to cater for level 10-47! It's strategic located with many malls around and the huge sports arena.

Although we arrived in the middle of the night, we were able to check in pleasantly without any problems regarding the reception and service. However, it was difficult to find the description of the room (hotel), and although the wifi was said to be free, we could not find the password or ID. As a result, we connected to the website from the QR code on the bedside to check. Also, the wifi is not locked with a password, making it too free to connect. In addition, there were many complaints about the facilities, such as the lack of curtains, which did not close the gap, making it visible from the outside, and the lack of a washlet. Finally, the fragrance of the shampoo and body soap provided was too strong for my liking. If asked if I would stay there again, unfortunately, it is highly likely that I would not choose to do so.
