"Unable to e-mail, kept pinging back. Phoned but no English. Reception was unprepared for checking in, again no English. Safe not working properly. Returned to room one afternoon and found the lock on the door was broken and insecure, had to change rooms. The breakfast was very unhygienic, flies on uncovered salad, fruit etc. It was a shame because the staff worked really hard especially the young girl on the reception. Resort was ideally located for The Bridge, museum etc"

"An ideal base if visiting the Kanchanaburi area, rooms are not modern but that is part of the charm of this guesthouse , a fridge , a tv and aircon in the rooms , a safe in the room which you get the key for by leaving a deposit, which you get back , 2 bottles of water left each day in room . An excellent pool area , great after a day exploring in the heat . The included breakfast was a bonus and really good and filling . The staff are really friendly and keep the place clean ."
