Nice lakefront rest

Pleasant clean lakefront hotel. The pool looked great. Lakefront park and walk/bike promenade is excellent, and just across the street. The city obviously goes to great lengths to keep the park and beach areas super clean. Hotel a/c worked well, shower good, quiet decent room overall. Breakfast is typical but good and friendly staff.

2 Star Hotel in a 4 Star Location

On the surface the hotel appears pleasant enough. Positives: The room was acceptably clean a the bed was clean and the room a reasonable size for a standard room. The small balcony was a nice addition. Air conditioning worked well. Pool area was good, clean and pleasant to use, though closed early 7.30pm which was disappointing as it was the best time to use the facilities as it was cooler and what you wanted to do after a hot day site seeing. Areas for improvement: Housekeeping was poor. I booked two rooms and despite being notified that we were vacating for cleaning they were not done. On various days and I had to notify reception. When they were cleaned there was ‘skimping’ on basics such as toilet rolls and tea and coffee/ water. These were replaced when asked but it was a constant routine of requesting to reception. Reception- the young lady on Reception was very slow and struggled to process our arrival it took almost 40 mins to check in- no one else was waiting. The young man in the evening was more efficient and helpful. Breakfast: A reasonable enough range of items to choose from but again ‘skimping’ on replacing items and constant requests required to get more milk or food items that had run out. Staff reluctant to replace or fetch anything and gave the impression you were bothering them by asking. This is unusual in Türkiye where service is generally excellent. The hotel claims 4 stars but I guess that is because they have a pool, 2 stars at best.

Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Ancak otelde hijyen konusunda sıkıntı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Her gün ya da istendiğinde yatak örtüleri ve havlular değişiyordu ancak çoğu lekeliydi, restoranda masa örtüleri kirliydi, otelin merdivenleri ve koridordaki halılar toz içindeydi. son 2 gün tuvalette çok rahatsız edici bir koku vardı.

Otelin konumu çok güzel. Yüzme havuzu küçük ama temizdi. Şezlonglar yeterli. Odalar orta konforda. Yatak ve mobilyalar eski. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak çok değil ama yeterli. Restaurant bölümündeki kanepelerin yüzleri eski ve çok lekeliydi. Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Genel olarak biz memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederim.

Suit odaydı oda çok büyüktü ama diğer koltuk olan oda ki burayı açıp yatak olarak kullanacaktık penceresi ve kliması olmayan havasız bir odaydı. Oda içinde jakuzi ki çalışmıyordu çok gereksiz çünkü hem pisti kokuyordu oda ve hem de üst katta gece çalıştırılınca alt kata ses geliyordu (gece gelen motor sesini böyle yorumladık). Çalışanlar yardımseverdi ama otelin genel temizliği kötüydü. Çok merkezi ve göle bakan bir otel ve standart odadan daha pahalı olmasına rapmen oda manzaralı da değildi.

Temizlik kötü

Temizlik çok kötüydü. Sadece yatak çarşafları temizdi, balkon sandalyeleri masası toz içinde, oturabilmek için kendimiz ıslak mendille temizlemek zorunda kaldık. Odada yerler çok kirli, banyo aynı şekilde yalandan temizlik yapılmış. Kahvaltı güzeldi sadece. Personel yeterli sayıda olmadığı için varolan personel yetişemiyor sanırım. Restaurant kısmında masalar düzenli temizlenmediği için kalabalık olmamasına rağmen pis masalara oturmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Tesis güzel ancak temizliktir o tesisi özel yapan şey. Maalesef beğenmedik.

Otelde hijyen diye bir şey yok, her yer örümcek ağı, kahvaltıdaki bardaklar lekeli ve pis, tuvaletten koku geliyor, oda servisinden sonra kullanılan tabak ve bardaklar konaklayanlar tarafından koridorda yere bırakılmış ve 24 saati geçmesine rağmen alınmadı, tabaklar koridorda yerlerdeydi, 09:00’da kahvaltılıklar bitmişti ve yenilenmedi, tüm gün havuzda yüksek sesle ve aralıksız çalan müzikten odada durmak mümkün değil, kaldığımız 2 akşam boyunca yandaki kır bahçesinde yapılan düğünlerin gürültüsü de akşamı kabusa çevirdi, dinlenmeyi ve tatili bırakın çok daha fazla yorulduk.
