Einfach und praktisch

Das Zimmer selbst hat eine einfache Größe, schön quadratisch und deutlich besser als diese schmalen rechteckige Räume. Das Badezimmer sehr klein, aber es ist halt ein Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche. Service: Es ist immer jemand dagewesen und konnte alle Fragen beantworten. Sterne: Es ist zwar kein 3 Sterne, eher gefühlt 2 Sterne - dennoch war ich zufrieden. Standort und Lage ist wirklich optimal.

Estabelecimento muito bem localizado, relativamente próximo à estação de trens de Alsancak, de muitos restaurantes e bares. Atendimento deficiente, uma vez que o único funcionário não falava inglês e não se empenhava em ser atencioso. Acomodações deterioradas, com "gambiarras" à mostra, piso quebrado e móveis danificados. A porta do box foi retirada e o banheiro se molhava todo ao tomar banho. Limpeza razoável. O elevador ficou funcionar durante um dia inteiro.

Otel resimlerde göründüğünden çok çok farklı çok tekinsiz geldi. fiyatı birbirine yakın oteller buradan daha temiz daha düzgün.

Son 4 yıldır bu otele kalmaya gelen biri olarak bu kez gittiğimde memnun kalmadım. Aracınızla gittiğinizde otoparkı olmadığı için mağdur oluyorsunuz ve çevredeki otoparklar konusunda da yardımcı olmuyorlar. Otoparklar da bu yıl resmen mafyalaşmış, yabancı görünce 8 saatliğine 15 TL istiyorlar. Geçen yıl 2 günlüğüne 20 TL verdiğim otoparka bu yıl 3 gün için 90-130 TL arası fiyatlar söylediler. Biraz tur attıktan sonra 2 arka sokakta park edecek yer buldum. Otel artık oda-kahvaltı değil. Restoran kısmına da odalar yapmışlar, yalnızca oda olarak konaklıyorsunuz. 5dk.lık bir yürüyüşle kahvaltı veren cafelere ulaşmak mümkün. Otelin konumu çok iyi, Alsancak merkezde ve nezih bir sokakta. Yatak konforu iyi, klima güzel çalışıyordu. Otele gitmeden önce sessiz oda rica ettik, tamam dediler. Fakat Arap mıdır bilemediğim bir milletin yan odasını vermişler. Bu görgüsüzlerin sabahın köründe etmedikleri gürültü kalmadı. Çocuk bağırmaları, kapı çarpmalar... odalarda telefon olmadığı için resepsiyonu arayamadık. Duvarlara vurarak susturmaya çalıştık. Otelden ayrılırken gürültü ile ilgili şikayetimizi belirttik resepsiyona. Keşke kendilerini uyarsaydınız dediler :) Peki resepsiyon ne güne duruyor? Kısacası bu yıl biraz mağdur oldum. Özellikle otopark konusunda. Bir daha tercih eder miyim bilmem. Otoparklı bir otel tercih edebilirim.

İzmir'e her geldiğimde bu otelde kalıyorum. Alsancak'ın merkezinde. Yalnızca otopark sıkıntısı var, çevredeki ücretli otoparklara aracınızı bırakabilirsiniz.
