"This hotel was perfect for my husband and I. Room and bathroom were clean, modern and looked newly furnished. Shower had excellent water pressure. Shower gel and a combined shampoo/conditioner are provided. If you need further toiletries they can be requested. House keeping happened daily. Staff were wonderful and the buffet breakfast was excellent! Please note that it's on a very busy/noisy street and very close to a train station. We were on a high level and it was still loud. If you're a light sleeper, get some ear plugs! Location is great as it is a short walk to the train and tram system and was very easy to get to the major attractions. It's not the prettiest part of town (typical busy city) but there's great food on the street and your in walking distance to ATMs. I would definitely stay here again if I'm lucky enough to come back to Izmir."

"They always give the bad and old rooms if you book from hotels.com. And main thing is that there is no access by car to hotel door. He left the car on the main road and go the hotel by walk with very heavy luggages. ….."
