Our home from home.

As always, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We are impressed that there is now an underground metro station just a few minutes walk away giving us easy access to the centre of Izmir. We will come again.

Dissappointed

We have preferred this hotel due to its location it was close to our meetings in Izmir. Ramada name gave some confidence but the hotel was not what we have expected. The room was clean but there was a smell coming from the bathroom. The matress and the pillow were not comfortable. The hotel is located in a deserted mall... the breakfast was not bad but we had seen better ones .... You can stay here only if its location is convinient for your purposes and if you need a budget hotel.

Check-in was disappointing because we were booked into a room that did not match what we had booked. However, the reception staff apologised and gave us another room which did match our booking. View from the room was great and the bed was comfortable as it always is when we come here. The fan in the bathroom sometimes worked sometimes not. This was not a big problem. The floor in the room could do with a deep clean. There was enough choice of food for breakfast.

We really liked this hotel. The location was close to two major shopping centers both of which had large food courts. The rooms were large with very clean bathrooms with great views(we were on the 18th floor). The breakfast buffet had lots of variety which we enjoyed. Best of all, we found it very easy to get to the highway to the airport at the end of our stay.

We just stayed overnight this time and left before breakfast for an early appointment in the city centre. As usual, we were welcomed like old friends and we were pleased with our room on a high floor overlooking the Bay of Izmir. As usual, the bed and room were very comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Underground parking is easy and safe. This welcoming hotel seems to be our home from home when visiting the city.
