"Good location. If you driving it's a bit of handicap to find a parking spot. There are certain times you can drive in front of the hotel. Polite service through out. Would consider again."

"This was a beautiful hotel and the location was fantastic! The staff were so helpful, warm and professional. The gym was well equipped, spacious and very clean. The train station, shopping centre and everything else were right on our doorstep, yet the neighbourhood didn’t feel fast paced and too busy. Everything was just lovely in the rooms… I can’t praise this hotel enough!"

"Reception staff are friendly and helpful, the room was spacious enough for suitcases and stuff to be laid out on the side and bathroom was very modern with shampoo and shower gel provided if you don’t have your own. You get free complimentary Instant Coffee and Tea alongside a bottle of water for use in the kettle to make them. AC does the job for most of the day but sometimes found myself in a light sweat. Overall I’d say it’s a good hotel within Izmir’s airport and has close vicinity to a few restaurants and cafes and I’d definitely recommend solo and group travellers to check this hotel out."

"We had internet issues but Salih stayed on top of it to make sure the kids had their internet. Cleaning staff were attentive and helpful with clean linen and greeted us every morning in the hall. Hotel smells amazing and you literally hear nothing in your room!"

"Beautiful property, excellent food/varieties, great location, very comfortable bed + bedding! The outdoor pool was refreshing however the steps to go in it were oddly very high and a bit difficult to get in and out of the pool. The restaurant by pool was excellent including the service + staff. Loved breakfast buffet! The restaurant on 19th floor was great but the service was not. Waiting till we finished appetizers to deliver my Coca Cola drink but the other two guests got their drinks. There were only 3 tables full. Did not care for the toilet directly behind the door or the half open shower. No concierge, the reception staff wasn’t quite sure of arranging any activities or directing us. Ended up us g my guide which was fine but you’ll have to uber about 20 min away for most meeting places for activities. All in all, it was a wonderful experience- took advantage of the VIP spa services for couples and was not disappointed! Highly recommend!"
