Good but no control over temperature in room.

It was overall good. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable however we learned the second night that we could not control our own temperature in the room despite having the control unit. The representative had to call down to another area to lower our temperature. In the night we wished to increase it a bit and again it was not within our control. The breakfast made up for the room temperature.

The hotel is good in general. However, there exist only limited parking spots in the property and the fridge in the room was not working properly. One final drawback is that the mattress is hard (even for me although I sleep in a hard mattress)

Odamızın temizliği ve yatak güzeldi. Şampuan vs seçilen markanın kokusu kötüydü. Akşam açık büfede yemek yedik. Et olarak musakka var dediler patlıcanlı bir şey diyebilirim. Tavuk yemek istemedik çorba ekmek yiyebildik. Tatlılar da çok beklemiş. Kahvaltıda peynirler bayat. Ön büro çok ilgiliydi şikayetlerimi söyleyince. Daha önce de kalmıştık biraz düşürmüşler standartlarını. Yeri merkezi olduğu için seçmiştik.

Eşimle birlikte Hilton gardende 2 gece konakladık . işim gereği otel deneyimim fazla . Anadoluda herhangi bir alalade bir otele dahi gitseniz bir bez terlik ve günlük kullanım için el sabunu ve beraberinde mutlaka kolaylık sağlayan malzeme verilir . Bu otelin adı "Hilton" Bırakın bir sabun bir terlik bulunduırmayı içeride bir tane içecek su bile konulmamıştı . Benim sabahleyin resepsiyona giderek söylemem üzerine istenilen malzemelerin bir kısmını ancak koydular . Kısacası bir daha aynı otelde konalarmısınız? diye sorulursa kesinlikle hayır derim . Benim tavsiyem ilgililerin adına yakışır şekilde hizmet sunmaları için çalışanlarını düzenli olarak kontrol etmeleri gerekir . Kötü bir 2 gün oldu bizim için
