"Cleanliness and staff "

"Nous avons passé une nuit pour visiter Lille. L’endroit est paisible, à 15 minutes du centre-ville, avec beaucoup de nature et de verdure. L’hôtel, vu de l’extérieur, est bien entretenu et les chambres étaient correctes. Quelques points négatifs cependant : les volets des fenêtres ne se fermaient pas totalement, ce qui laissait entrer la lumière — gênant pour ceux qui aiment dormir dans le noir. "Nice"

"I was surprised that this stay went as smoothly as it did. It’s no Marriott, but it was pretty clean and well maintained. Housekeeping came each day, replaced the towels and made the bed. Bed was pretty comfortable, and the shower was large. Heads up there are no hair dryers, or fridges in the room. Overall a decent place for the price !"

"Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn, weshalb der Verkehr deutlich zu hören ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber angenehm. Die Anlage selbst ist schön hergerichtet und sehr grün. Das Hotel ist absolut familientauglich, denn es gibt einen Spielplatz draußen sowie ein Spielzimmer drinnen. Das Frühstück war einwandfrei und sehr lecker. Besonders hat uns aber der sehr nette und zuvorkommende Service gefallen."

"Nice hotel ideally located for Bruge, rooms were dark but decent beds and the temp was ok albeit the air con was showing an error, luckily it wasn’t a hot night, breakfast was fine and it was great having easy access to Tesla Superchargers"

"Our favourite hotel in town. Lovely staff, super helpful, good English spoken, rooms are clean quiet and comfortable. Easy parking and a nice walk by the waterside or a short stroll into town square. Good breakfast. Nice bar. Recently refurbished meeting rooms and so on. "
