when we first arrived, after check in time, our room wasn't cleaned. Once inside our new room, the towels were dirty and there were only 2 towels, we had 3 people. Didn't even bother with the breakfast.

I would not recommend this hotel. There is a smell that cannot be described, one iron and ironing board for the entire hotel, booked three rooms, one room kept blowing a breaker, key card kept messing up all three rooms has 1/4 roll toilet paper, thin bedding, no coffee. First, we were charged twice upon arrival and told that we would receive the refund in 3-7 business days. We checked in on Thursday (it’s now Monday) and our room’s been serviced once. We’ve had to ask for new towels every single day.

We had a good stay for most part! Had breakfast one morning its wasn’t that good! Customer service was excellent! We enjoyed the bowling experience at hotel 10/10 would stay here again just need bring me some good pillows for my room😂
