"The daily rate warrants a reconsideration. While the double room was in a smaller side, the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 2 more people (genuine highlight). However, the absence of a smart TV made it impossible to access basic streaming services such as Netflix. The room has a balcony but it was left much to be desired, as it was noticeably unclean. "The hotel is immaculate, the restaurant and bar cafe food wonderful, the majority of staff extremely helpful and accommodating and the ambiance of the place is extremely calm and restful. They do need to look at the frustrating pool/spa area … you only get free access with a delux room or above ( they did upgrade me for free at checkin due to my Expedia membership but didn’t tell me, so i thought i had to pay the substantial fee for a while) and you have to book a slot for only 1hr 30mins…then...
