Tried to check in early - completely understanding that our room might not be ready - but have often been able to at many places - so we asked The staff at the desk were downright rude & dismissive and as far away from “customer service language” as any place we’ve EVER stayed! Poor condition. Bathroom light didn't work and neither did the TV in the living area. Rooms need an overhaul.
