"Staff was very nice and friendly, got into the room and immediately saw at least 20 roaches scatter, top of the bed, walls, bathroom. All covered in roaches, front staff was very apologetic and immediately gave refund. "

"Room was not cleaned properly. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, in the shower, in the sheets. Staff was worrried about ordering their dinner instead of checking us in. We were told the hot tub would be up and running when we stayed. It was not open. There's only a washer and dryer on floor 2 and 3 so i had to keep going back and forth between the floors to do laundry. The breakfast was fully stocked but the cook bagged up trash with gloves on and went back to cooking the food with the same gloves on. We went to the front to ask about laundry and there was a pregnant woman who answered us rudely. I'm pretty sure she's the manager. I wouldn't stay again. Oh and the walls are paper thin. The kids in the room next to us were literally screaming and running around until 2am and we couldn't sleep. "
